To be perfectly honest, we at Anarchy Championship Wrestling are lacking closure following the passing our dear friend & Anarchist, Cameron Bates. No one in ACW was closer to Cameron than “One Man” Mike Dell. Dell has yet to be given a public forum to pay tribute to his friend, tag partner & fellow Takeover founder, Cameron “Spiro” Bates. Mike Dell needs this opportunity for closure & we also feel San Antonio needs this opportunity for closure. The Anarchy Championship Wrestling office, along with Mike Dell decided that some things are bigger than wrestling & stipulations. On February 19^th2012, former ACW Heavyweight Champion “One Man” Mike Dell will return to ACW to face Jaykus Plisken in tribute to the late Cameron “Spiro” Bates.

- - Portia Perez will be out of action for several months while she deals with an ankle injury & personal matters.

- - Following the 2-19-12 event, ACW will return to Hooligans on March 18^th, 2012.

- - Peace, Love & Anarchy has been moved up a week to 4-15-12 as a solid to fine folks at Mohawk.

- - We’d like to say Thank you to the 5 years of blood, sweat and tears that Berry Breeze gave in the name of Anarchy. As you know Berry’s career ended at GBA 6; he was an anarchist from the very first event.

- - Matthew Palmer uncrowned MASADA as the World Hardcore Champion at GBA 6. MASADA held the title for an unprecedented 815 days.

- - Jessica James has not contacted the ACW office since the return of Lady Poison.

- As JT LaMotta announced, 2012 will be his last year in the professional wrestling business. It’ll be a hell of a year.

- - Awesome Andy worked out for WWE agents & officials in Oklahoma this weekend.

- St. Louis Anarchy returns to Granite City, Illinois on 2-25-12

As a wrestling promoter, you never expect to have to blog about something like this. Our business is based on the suspension of disbelief & quite frankly, none of us want to believe this. It’s all too real. We at Anarchy Championship Wrestling would like to offer condolences to the family, friends and fans of Cameron “Spiro” Bates. He was with ACW off and on from day one. The entire roster will tell you; he was a great guy, a gentle soul & a helping hand. What many don’t know is Cameron had a hand in training a large portion of the ACW roster. Cameron’s contributions to the professional wrestling business will live on far into the future. Thank you. You’re already missed.

June 12^th, 2011 will see the return of the ACW Lethal Lottery as part of The Realization of Mortality event. The way this will work is 12 names will be entered into a lottery and names will be pulled at Random BY FANS to make teams of two, 6 names will be pulled before the first match and 6 before the second match. The 3 winning teams will then go on to a finals match, which will be a 6-man scramble. And if the ACW Heavyweight Champion makes it to the Scramble the ACW Heavyweight Championship will be on the line.
